Create Perpetual Calendar in Excel

How to create a perpetual calendar (from 1900 to 9999)
I had to share this awesome perpetual calendar template in Microsoft Excel created by Diego Oppenheimer using simple named ranges and date functions. With this Excel calendar, you can use a scroll bar to quickly select a year from 1900 to 9999 and display the correct dates. You can customize the formatting and change the background easily to your taste and have a new calendar every year quickly and easily.

  1. Hello, the video linked to this website is not visible, so if you do not mind, I would like to base my question on the website link I provided. It is my hope you will be able to assist me with this challenge, which is for the calendar columns to work both dependently and independently with each other in the Year tab. I will explain…

What I would like to accomplish is to have the left and right column entries work Dependently with each other when entering an event in the right column, and the date is highlighted in the left column. This is the easy part. What is challenging is, whenever events are listed in the right column the same events will appear on all respective years even though the event dates pertain to a specific year.

Is there a way to have the two columns in this regard work Independently of each other? If so, please explain how. I am not proficient in excel and will need step-by-step instructions of how to accomplish this goal. However, it if cannot be accomplished, I would appreciate knowing that as well.

Please email me if you have any additional questions. I want you to know, your help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
