Once the graphs have been created using the REPT function, you can reduce the size of the graphs, put a value at the end of the graph with a pre-defined space(s). Then you can apply conditional formatting rules on your Excel data to color the in-cell graphs to highlight data based on defined conditions. This makes it easier for the user to view data.

You can also create a Gantt chart in Excel by using the above ‘rept’ as shown in the image below.
