Introduction to Excel 2007 Interface
The Excel 2007 interface is totally different from the Excel 2003 interface. In the beginning this causes a little bit of confusion but as you go along you discover interesting new features. Now you have 1048576 rows by 16384 columns in each worksheet. Instead of the menu bar, we have the office button, quick access toolbar and the ‘ribbon’. The ribbon has various command tabs. Each command tab has groups of commands which can be quickly accessed to perform specific tasks like changing the font to bold or italics, for example.
